6.2 Delays CubeCool is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure events, strikes, or carrier disruptions. We will make every effort to notify customers of any significant delays.

6.3 Shipping Carriers Delays may occur on the part of shipping carriers. CubeCool is not liable for these delays. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the dispatch date, please contact our customer support and we will work to find an appropriate solution.

7. Cancellations & Returns

7.1 You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, provided it has not been used and is in its original packaging.

7.2 To initiate a return, please contact us at cubecool01@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

7.3 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Cancellation Fees

8.1 CubeCool reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the order value to cover processing costs.
